Service Agreement

By purchasing from Magknack (“we”, “our”), you agree to the terms below:

1. Our Service

We design, sell, and deliver magnetic posters through our website.

 

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once we accept them.

Prices are in SGD and may include GST (if applicable).

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

3. Delivery & Risk

Products are delivered to the address you provide.

Risk of damage/loss passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership passes after full payment is received.

4. Exchange 

Exchange accepted within [7 days] if products are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

5. Customer Use

You agree to provide accurate details and use our products lawfully and for personal purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and trademarks belong to Magknack. No reproduction without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by Singapore law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved by the Singapore courts.
